BIDE’s Wellness Lounge: A Place to Heal, Relax, and Recharge

We wanted to create a safe space for students to have fun and feel welcomed. The VP Student Life disqualified following UWSA election committee unanimous decision

The University of Windsor's Student Alliance's (UWSA) Election Committee disqualified the Vice President of Student Life, Veronica Beia.   The committee released a statement to the UWSA's Instagram on Sunday evening, citing a breach of the election policy. The statement says the decision cannot be appealed.   794 votes were cast for the position. Beia won with 340 votes.  The statement mentioned a breach of Section 70: Campaigning Rules. The election committee unanimously voted and overturned the original ruling of CRO and disqualified the candidate. New Food Service introduced in UWindsor

The University of Windsor students are adjusting to the new food services on campus but looking for expanded programming.  Sodexo, a third party, has taken over for UWindsor’s Food Services, this semester.  "Sodexo is now in charge of all the food operations on campus with an ultimate goal to extend hours of operation and have inclusivity in terms of food provided," says Chef Paola Vasapolli.  Dinner is served from 4:30 pm- 7:00 pm in the University Club in Vanier hall for all three residential buildings. Justin Trudeau visits the University of Windsor

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited the University of Windsor’s Centre for Hybrid Automotive Research and Green Energy (CHARGE) lab to speak with students and faculty. The CHARGE lab is the developmental hub of all innovative technologies for electric vehicles. UWindsor Alum Promotes The Importance of Yoga

The new Toldo Lancer Centre (TLC) at the University of Windsor aims to enhance the student experience and promote campus spirit. Starting this semester, the Lancer Recreation centre has introduced various programs for students including dance, sports, and yoga. Nicole Daignault, a.k.a. Coco is one of the yoga instructors at the Lancer recreation centre.  Coco graduated from the University of Windsor with a Psychology honours with thesis degree in 1997.
